Chef Justine was an invaluable addition to our wedding week on the Big Island. Her creative and inspired menu was amazingly fresh with all farm-to-table ingredients. Chef Justine was incredibly collaborative in working together to create a dream event and crafted an experience that everybody absolutely loved. She was also proactive in troubleshooting as weather impediments changed our original venue plans, but she curated an even better experience by working with her extensive network in the Big Island. The unique venue and beautiful touches made it an even more special moment for us. All of our guests complimented the food and location throughout the trip and even afterwards as well! We would highly recommend Chef Justine for all your catering and event-planning needs. You won’t regret it, we know we didn’t!
