join our monthly dumpling party and focus on pleating up to 24 dumplings or wontons - each class will feature a new filling, local meat and/or pleat in a small group setting

 

you can choose to participate in an individual class or purchase a membership - all levels welcome

  • $79.99 - Pasta Kit - includes Handmade Meatballs, Fresh Handmade Farm Egg Pasta, Farm to Table Sauce (Feeds 4) - just heat up and serve!

  • $19.00 - Dumpling Box - includes 8 Hand-Filled Dumplings made with Local Meat (Feeds 2) - includes easy instructions and ready in 6 minutes!

MEMBERSHIPS

  • Individual Pass:

    • $129/person (1 Session) 

  • Quarterly Package:

    • $299/person (4 Classes - $75 each)

  • Semi-Annual Package:

    • $399 (6 Classes - $65 each)

  • Monthly Package:

    • $599 (12 Classes - $50 each)

*** If you’d like to attend more sessions than your packages calls for, you are guaranteed that same price point for the entire year or you can upgrade once your package is exhausted.

  • The Details:

    • Approx 2hrs (Lesson/Food/Cleanup)

    • Located in Keaau, HI 

    • Small group setting, 6-8 per table - individual seats available too

    • Join anytime of the year 

    • ​Costs may increase in the future however if you have a valid package you are locked in for that price point until package is completed; option to buy multiple 
    • Packages are non-refundable once activated and will start the month you begin unless you reach out to SKIP the following month

    • You can gift or transfer a session to a friend or family member (see details below)

— THE DETAILS —

 

- All members are offered priority seating each month; only 6-8 seats per table, individual seats available

- Members can also invite a new guest for $99 and if a guest signs up for a package within one week of attending an event, they can deduct the first class from their package total

VIP PERKS + DISCOUNTS:

- Receive $20 referral credit for every person who signs up for a subscription (credit not applicable to subscription package)

SUBSTITUTE:

If you cannot attend an event you've paid for, you can transfer a cooking class, supper club or event to a friend or family member. If your guest is inappropriate or rude in any way, remaining package will be revoked and no refund will be issued.

PAYMENT:

Member pays in full for all memberships, payment plans available upon request with interest.

With careers in education, culinary and event planning, it only made sense for Justine to create her own cooking school here on the Big Island of Hawaii. This dream started when she was living in Italy as a school principal during the week and by the weekend she was mentoring under the exec chef of Turne Ristorante. Realizing her passion for food and education, Justine received her culinary degree from the Natural Gourmet Institute in NYC and went on to work alongside the nations best chefs. She was a regular sous chef at the James Beard Foundation, known for curating boutique events for major companies (like lululemon, SELF Magazine, Condé Nast, etc), collaborating as Food Editor for NY Yoga Life Magazine. Now she teaches farm to table cuisine in-person and online.

We couldn’t be more excited to launch our cooking classes and your safety and comfort is our utmost priority.

Classes are being held at limited capacity in an open, outdoor kitchen, so please make sure you are healthy, comfortable, and confident in sharing a communal space with others. Also, this is a hands-on class and you will be doing all your own cooking under the guidance of a professional chef.

— REFUND POLICY —

 

Due to limited seating and the upfront costs of food and it’s preparation, our cooking classes and events are final and non-refundable. Please note that our refund policy is firm, especially through the Covid 19 pandemic. If for some reason you choose not to attend—you can always send someone else in your place, but refunds cannot be issued. Alternatively, you may reach out to us, and we will try our best to sell the seats on your behalf. If were able to do so, a future credit to a scheduled cooking class will be issued.

 

You may request a refund if Farm to Table Hawaii needs to shut down/cancel events due to Covid or other unforeseen events. We appreciate your understanding that this is how we are able to maintain our business and staff and provide boutique-style service executed with quality.

If you have an allergy that would require an adjustment of any kind, please email us well in advance to confirm that we can accommodate you. Requests made less than 7 days prior to class may not be accommodated.
